I took a reasonably spacious and budget room with peaceful atmosphere, furnished plus extra bed. The property was in the middle of the city...

Convenient location in the city, great for getting around. They offer early check-in and late check-out options, and the staff is really polite and friendly. Plus, it's always nice when you feel welcomed with a smile at the front desk 😊.

Service was attentive. There was peace and quiet in this hotel as it is located on a side street. Hot water worked.Breakfast was okay.
Eventhough the hotel is new it is very quickly showing signs of wear and tear, perhaps due to poor workmanship when it was constructed. Make sure your complimentary airport pickup means free of charge, ours wasn't, we didn't argue as we were in a rush. Cost Rps500 one way.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with organizing transport for site seeing. The buffet breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many other hotels and markets, fairly close to Old Delhi site-seeing.
The rooms were modern, but need more regular and thourough cleaning. There were no windows that opened in our room.

We stayed in a double room smaller than size of two other couples we knew who were also staying there but were charged $15 more per night. Additionally, on the day we left we ordered a taxi to take us to another hotel (where we staying for a wedding) and we were quoted 700 rupees for a journey we had made the previous day for less than 300. We eventually got one from the street for 250. Left a sour taste in the mouth.

Nice room design.
Paper thin walls, erratic availability of hot water, shoody neighbourhood.

staff was ok.
location is not the best, pictures on booking do not reflect the reality, hotel has not been finished, however, it is bad maintained and work is still ongoing. no windows even in the small bath room for the steam air, really loud rooms (we could not sleep at all and changed the hotel after one night). breakfast room was not hygienic at all, food was not tasty at all. would not recommend this hotel to anybody else.

i liked location and interior design of this hotel. it's like boutique hotel
since my room was next to reception desk, it's a bit noisy hearing people talking with the reception. another thing was i couldn't pay by credit card!! the card machine was out of order yesterday. that caused an inconvenience for me and for other guests

Its value for money and clean. The decor is modern. Comfortable bed
1.The location- coz its situated at the end of a small lane and the cabbies didnt know how to get there.2.Miscommunication with the front desk in charge; who told me that the amount quoted was alredy deducted frm my credit card (coz they had all my details). Then on checking out, they came running after my cab to ask me to pay in ruppes (*apparently the amount was not deducted frm the c.card!) lots of miscommunication. because of all this hulaa baloo i missed the morning session of the conference (which i was attending).
